We are here to explain some procedures, information, and rules about the students' accommodation.
Close to the departure date, the students receive an email with some instructions:
Check-in date and time - Check-Out date and time. Instructions about where they will return the keys on the checkout date. There's an emergency contact number available as well.
When the students arrive at the accommodation, they will find on the bed a key, chocolate, a paper with their names, rules, and check-out time, again.
Unfortunately, we don't have a 24h check-in available. So normally the transfer has the accommodation keys and he brings the student to the right room and the student keys will be on the bed. When the student does not have a Transfer, they will receive self-check-in instructions:
In this email, they will receive a step-by-step tutorial to enter the accommodation with pictures, video, and the key locker code. We send it 1 day before the check-in for safety reasons.
We send 2 emails advising about the check-out.
The first one is 1 day before, advising about the check out on the next day with time, and where to leave the key.
On the day of the check-out, they receive another reminder.

Check-out time: 11 am
