Please, note that while the original termination date of your contract is active, is your responsibility to complete the payments.

<aside> 🚫 It is forbidden to pass your place before 30 days of your entry. You must stay at least 30 days. If you leave before this time, you just will be allowed to start the process to pass your spot after 30 days or will lose your security deposit for breach of contract.

If you want to pass your spot you must take the following steps:

<aside> ⚠️ The whole process has to be done before the swap. The process will be done in a minimum of 7 working days after receiving the email INCLUDING the new tenant’s documentation.

You must advise about your leaving 1 week before sending an email to us including the documents and information of the new tenants described below.
