Check-in

If you arrive with a transfer, he will put you inside the accommodation and your key will be waiting for you with a special gift above your bed. If you don't have a transfer, we will contact you near your arrival to arrange your check-in.


Check-out

Your check-out must be done by 11 am - You must leave your keys on your bed or in our office, depending on the place you are staying. If you check out after this time or don't leave your keys on your bed or in our office, an extra stay will be charged per day until we get the keys back.

Leaving before your checkout date

You can leave your accommodation before the scheduled end. However, it is strictly prohibited to transfer your place to someone else. If you leave early, you must let us know for key collection.

Extending your staying

If you want to extend your stay, send us an email at least 2 days before your checkout requesting it and we will check availability. Our email is [email protected]


Lost Key / Fob / Door sensor

If you lose your keys, fob, or door sensor a 50€ fee will be applied. You must communicate us at [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be submitted within 30 days before arrival. Afterward, no refunds will be granted. Please note an Administration Fee of 25% of the total amount will be deducted from all refunds given.
